Feb 2025: LDC for Nyasaland Refused

In December 2024 the owner of Nyasaland applied for a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) for part of the site to be regarded as residential.

Nyasaland is an area of agricultural land on Crondall Road in Crookham VIllage. THe application proposed that an area of the land should be regarded as residential land forming a residential 'curtilage' for the part of the site around where the old caravan used to be.

This application was refused by Hart planning on 07 February 2025. This means that the proposal for a residential 'curtilage' for part of the site is not accepted by Hart.

Ref. No: 24/02429/LDC | Received date: Fri 13 Dec 2024 | Status: Refuse Permission
